What is Contractor of the Year?

The Contractor of the Year represents an elite group: a forward-thinking class of HVACR contractors who are dynamic and professional in every aspect of the business. They constantly seek new ways to improve the business through quality contracting, and they strive to maintain the highest level of customer service.

These contractors and the companies they drive maintain the high levels of communication within their organizations, as well as with customers, and strive for recognition as suppliers of superior products and services. They're aware of changing market conditions and respond quickly to opportunities. They're tenacious - demanding of themselves and their people - and unafraid to take calculated risks and explore new market areas.

Each year, a number of contractors achieve incredible levels of success based on the qualities described here. However, there are always those who, because of the way they run their businesses and serve their customers, stand out from the rest.
