If you are like our PCC members – you've got enough on your plate. That's why we created the Preferred Client Club – for homeowners who value year-round comfort, convenience, professionalism, and great service.

  • Priority scheduling

    Even with regular maintenance, things can break. We protect our PCC family from the whims of nature by guaranteeing same day service when you call before noon and no later than next day service when you call after noon. In extreme weather conditions, heating and cooling systems are worked their hardest and are therefore most likely to fail at the worst time. Calling around for service at these times can be frustrating because everyone's work load is full and the delays can be from 3-4 days to 1-2 weeks.

  • $50 in loyalty credits annually

    You earn $50 in loyalty credits for each consecutive year of membership. They can be used for up to 10% off the purchase price of any home comfort equipment we sell. Use your accumulated loyalty credits for up to 10% off the purchase price of furnaces, air conditions, heat pumps, whole-home humidifiers, media air cleaners, garage heaters and much more! Credits never expire as long as your membership is active. There is no limit to the amount of loyalty credits you can accrue.   • Summer and winter tune-ups

    We don't just eyeball your equipment. We make sure it runs at peak efficiency and effectiveness. Our exclusive Ultimate tune-up is a 16-point Summer Season and 17-point Winter Season tune-up. Although we can't guarantee you'll never have a breakdown, maintaining both systems helps ensure you'll be prepared for any season. Also, most warranties exclude 'repairs due to lack of regular routine maintenance.' Would you like to learn more about our summer and winter tune-ups?

    The Ultimate Tune-Up

    Your system will be carefully inspected and serviced during the summer season and winter season. The tune-ups will be performed during regular business hours by our skilled technicians providing the most thorough cleaning and inspection process you can get.

    16-Point Summer Season Tune-Up

    1. Lubricate all moving parts (including blower motor and condenser fan)
    2. Install gauges, record operating pressures and temperatures
    3. Evaluate condition of filters, replace with filter supplied by client
    4. Measure refrigerant superheat
    5. Flush condensate drain to protect against overflow
    6. Clean outdoor condenser coil
    7. Check blower motor (and belt if applicable)
    8. Test temperature drop at return and supply air, adjust blower speed if necessary
    9. Monitor voltage and amperage in all motors, test for worn bearings
    10. Test operation and condition of compressor and compressor contactor
    11. Safety test all controls for proper operation
    12. Inspect start and run capacitors and relays for bulges, rust, and leaks
    13. Tighten and safety test all wires and connections
    14. Check thermostat and confirm proper operation, including mercury bulb
    15. Clean up area
    16. Debrief client on equipment condition

    17-Point Winter Season Tune-Up

    1. Clean sensor, burners, and inspect heat exchanger
    2. Clean and adjust thermostat
    3. Lubricate all motor bearings
    4. Evaluate condition of filters, replace with filter supplied by client
    5. Test and adjust operation of safety and operating controls
    6. Clean and adjust pilot assembly
    7. Inspect flue pipe and draft diverter
    8. Monitor for combustion leaks
    9. Test gas valve operation
    10. Check blower motor (and belt if applicable)
    11. Test and tighten all wiring and connections
    12. Adjust burner for maximum efficiency
    13. Test temperature rise
    14. Carbon monoxide check
    15. Check thermostat and confirm proper operation, including mercury bulb
    16. Clean up area
    17. Debrief client on equipment condition
  • Locked-in service call and diagnosis fee

    Regardless of the weather extremes or heavy workload, members only pay $79.95 for same day/next day service calls. Non-members will pay anywhere from $89.95 - $224.95 and may have to wait up to a week just to see our bright, shining faces.

  • Affiliate Agreements
